Yoga doesn’t have to be long or complicated or intense. It can just be 5 minutes of settling into your body and getting ready for the climb ahead!   

Whether you add this before or after a climbing session (or even sneak it on a lunch break), you're going to love your newfound energy. 

In this 5-Minute Climber's Yoga flow, we mix together a bit of dynamic stretch and static holds to really shake out all those kinks. 
  
Those 5 minutes will go by quick but if you're short on time, a little goes a long way.
