There are only 5 moves in this workout but they really target essential core muscles used in climbing. Whether you're looking to improve your balance on slabs, oblique strength for high feet, or stability in overhangs, this will help.
If you have time, I recommend going for 3 rounds total. If you're short on time and just need to get something in, then this is perfectly fine. Don't stress about long, hard, and crazy workouts. Every bit of effort counts.
